“I recently had my bathroom refurbished,” says Donna. “I had the bath removed and installed a shower instead. I wanted to bring in some accessories that matched the grey porcelain floor tiles.

“I hadn’t realised how bad the old bathroom was until we had the new one fitted. It was like this when I moved in eight years ago, so it was due an upgrade.
