John’s detached home was built in the 1970s and has been extended a couple of times since. Earlier in the year, it was time to update his kitchen.
Like lots of us, John discovered the wealth of information on the internet for inspiration.
“We wanted something contemporary and modern like we’d seen on the web,” says John. “ The kitchen was the last room we were updating so we wanted to get it right.
“Before, there was a Venetian blind at the window, but we knew we wanted a brightly coloured Roller blind. It’s great because it can be pulled down halfway when the sun is low. It also adds the colour to the room we wanted.”
So how did John find measuring and fitting his brand new Roller?
“It’s been good, absolutely no issues,” says John. And we can’t ask for more than that!
