With Christmas less than a week away, customer Leigh lets us snoop around her super festive kitchen-diner extension. We’re sure it’ll make you excited for Santa.
“We recently had an extension on the back of the house and were struggling to come up with a solution for the windows. We wanted privacy in the evening on the dark nights. We really noticed how open it felt now that summer is over.
“We looked at lots of different options and were leaning towards curtains. Then we happened to stumble across the Web-Blinds website and found Perfect Fit blinds. We ordered several samples and really liked the textured Beck Pewter fabric.
“It gave us the softness that we would get with curtains but without encroaching into the room as curtains would have. Now they’re up, we feel that the blinds really finish the room, and make it really cosy.”
With lots of things happening at this time of year, it was just as well that Leigh found the whole process totally trouble-free.
“Measuring and fitting was really straightforward,” says Leigh. “We actually ordered one of the smaller windows first, just so we could see what it would look like in situ. When the other five blinds arrived, it only took myself and my husband half an hour to assemble and fit them!
“We really love Christmas and make a big effort decorating the house. Our little boy has just turned three and is starting to understand how it all works so I think this year is going to be magical!
We’re having family round for Christmas dinner and I can’t wait for them to see the room all set!
