Throughout the month of March, we’ve been talking about beautiful blackout blinds, ahead of the clocks going forward on Sunday. Over the past weeks, Kirsty Martin from the Web-Blinds team has picked out a selection of stunning styles for light sleepers.
Sometimes we’re not the person waking up when light creeps in through our windows… We’re the one being woken up by somebody else! Those of us with little ones at home will know how tiring it is when they get up with birds.
If this applies to you, you’ll be pleased to hear that we’ve lots of lively prints for kids within our blackout range. And we’ve taken care of all of the important details too; our blinds come with Child Safety Devices as standard, to keep control cords out of reach of small hands.
With so many dazzling designs to choose from, it can be difficult to find a favourite. Luckily, Kirsty is back with a roundup of a few of our fun fabrics launched with children in mind.
“Pint-sized princesses will adore our Disney Princesses Pink Roman blind, while you’ll appreciate the lie-in! All of our Roman blinds are available with optional blackout linings, which reduce unwanted light. So Belle, Jasmine, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty can help to ensure a peaceful night.
“Alternatively, if there are any budding bus drivers or Formula 1 stars out there, our Crazy Cars Multi Roman blind is just the ticket. This marvellous motif from our new Roman blinds range shows off an array of vibrant vehicles.
“For slightly older age groups, our Camouflage Roman blind is ideal. Despite the name, this eye-catching pattern is unlikely to blend into the background… It seems certain to take centre stage instead.
“Lastly, if you know someone who’s dotty about spots, our Multi Dot Blue Roller blind is perfect for their bedroom or nursery. The striking spotty material features a clever blackout coating, to minimise glare.”
